Learning how to relax and take care of your own mental health and well being can take a bit of 
practise, but the more you do it, the more helpful you may find it to be. ​​​​​​​

What we eat, not only affects our physical health, but also our energy levels and the way we think 
and feel about ourself. Try to eat regular meals, limit sugary treats and drink lots of water! 
Having things to do that are both interesting and rewarding can significantly improve our mood. 
Prioritise your passions and hobbies, for it keeps us motivated and happy!
