I had a great opportunity of painting one of the walls in Moustache Hostel, Pushkar (Rajasthan). The hostel is a lovely stay for travellers and provides for an ambience of peace and calm, an added element to the richness of Pushkar.
The wall that was to be painted was an outdoor hand-washing spot next to the kitchen quarters. The idea was to create a dream like water illustration, focusing on color and gradients. The sea-like texture came naturally with a few fishes added to give the finished look.
